Development at: Land North Of Willies Well, Ryton

Application No: DC/25/00113/FUL

Proposal: Change of use of land to a mixed use comprising agricultural and use as a holiday let (Sui Generis) including the construction of a shepherds hut and associated development (Retrospective) 


Development at: Aviary, South Ferndene Park, Main Road, Ryton

Proposal: Original aviary building to be used as a store for gardening equipment and materials used by volunteers to maintain the park. Works as follows: Remove existing polycarbonate roof and replace with single ply roofing membrane (Firestone or similar) on 22mm moisture resistant plywood or sterling board decking. New roof to be supported on 100x100x4square hollow section steel and 178x102x19Ubeam, all inside existing structure. Remove existing polycarbonate panels to rear elevation and replace with brick. Remove existing entry porch.

Proposal: Clearance of shipping containers containing street food and events market (Sui Generis) and erection of new build single storey events venue building (Sui Generis), single storey bike shop and workshop building (Class E(a), E(g)),
