I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications. The Council are of the opinion that the proposal may affect the setting of a listed building.

Application Number: DC/25/70421 Applicant: Mr. Shaun Turford, Turford Brothers Ltd Address: Land At 16 Ryders Green Road West Bromwich B70 0AL Proposal: Proposed 2 No. 5 bed detached dwellings with associated parking and access. This is a major application.

Application Number: DC/25/70401 Applicant: Mr. Atif Rauf L & C Commercial Ltd Address: Units 3A, 3C & 3D Hill Top Industrial Estate Shaw Street West Bromwich B70 0TX Proposal: Demolition of external plant room. Proposed internal office block, raising of roof height with new main entrance doors, external wall cladding, windows, external fire-exit doors and guttering. Applications are available to view via the Council’s Public Access website (www.sandwell.gov.uk).
