Application Number: DC/25/70401 Applicant: Mr. Atif Rauf L & C Commercial Ltd Address: Units 3A, 3C & 3D Hill Top Industrial Estate Shaw Street West Bromwich B70 0TX Proposal: Demolition of external plant room. Proposed internal office block, raising of roof height with new main entrance doors, external wall cladding, windows, external fire-exit doors and guttering.
