What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Calverley, Knowl Hill, Woking. PLAN/2025/0174/CB: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of PLAN/2022/0246 (Erection of a part two storey side and rear extension and part single storey first floor side extension over existing garage.) to increase the width and depth of the first floor side extension and increase the angle of the roof pitch.

East House, Chobham Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2025/0230/BBA: Retrospective application for erection of an external garden shed within the current hard landscaped area.

First Floor, Aldwych House, Madiera Road, West Byfleet. PLAN/2025/0226/ML: Installation of photovoltaic solar panels to the south side only of the roof which consists of 3 No. pitched roofs.

Flat 2, 8 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0235/BC: Proposed first floor rear extension to increase size of existing flat.

NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations.
