THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation:-

COU/000243/25 – Change of use to convert former HSBC Bank into two bedroomed dwelling at 1 Glynne Way, Hawarden. (This development affects the Special Character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

FUL/000217/25 & LBC/000218/25 – Planning & Listed Building Applications for demolition of agricultural outbuildings, new hard surfacing and landscaping works to restore a stone wall with cock & hen coping at Fles Yn Llen, Florida Y Pentire, Nercwys. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 25th April 2025 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire. Any person who wishes to make representation about the above application should make them via the website, by e-mail to planning.consultation@flintshire.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Officer (Planning, Environment & Economy), Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St David's Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF quoting the relevant reference number by the above date.
