CA/25/00418: Woodlands Farm, Calcott Hill, Sturry, Kent, CT3 4NB Construction and operation of up to a 227.5MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), comprising battery container units; inverter-transformer skid units, electrical substation buildings; substation compound; access roads; water storage tanks; fencing; CCTV; landscaping, and all ancillary grid infrastructure and associated works. CA/25/00440: 17 Plantation Road, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3LG Variation of condition 5 (parking) of planning permission CA//10/00400/FUL for the erection of two detached dwellings with integral garages; to allow use of garage as additional living accommodation. CA/25/00533: 135 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5RZ Installation of dormer to rear elevation. Applicant: Mr Ian Lawson Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00538: 6 Kings Mews, St John’s Place, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1RB Single-story rear extension following the demolition of existing conservatory. Applicant: Mr R Koria Reason: Conservation area.
