What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/0256/FH - LYMPNE CASTLE, THE STREET, LYMPNE, HYTHE,
CT21 4LQ - Retrospective application for a replacement greenhouse.

25/0491/FH - Flat B, 2 Clifton Road, Folkestone, CT20 2EH - Replacement windows.

25/0540/FH - 70-72 SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AA - Listed Building Consent for the removal of existing external signage & ATM, replace glass pane with new removal of all loose internal fittings and furniture.

25/0563/FH - SAINSBURYS, DYMCHURCH ROAD, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8GU - Advertisement Consent for the Installation of 2 no. new totem advertising displays.

25/0579/FH - 1 HILLSIDE, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3DB - Listed Building Consent for new bathroom to first floor with new extractor fan louvre to rear and new tiled roof to rear existing ground floor bathroom.

25/0584/FH - Former Rotunda Amusement Park, Marine Parade, Folkestone, CT20 1PX - Permanent retention of jelly mould pavillion triennial artwork.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
