The consented applications altered the existing single storey stone outshoot into a high quality contemporary garden room, only modestly extended from the original building line by 1.575m. This application proposed to further extend this extension by another modest depth of additional 1m, resulting in a total extension depth of only 2.575m from the existing outshoot building line.

25/01579/LBC 2F2 26 Marchmont Crescent Edinburgh EH9 1HG Replacement of existing single glazed sashes on a like-for-like basis with new sashes, custom-fitted with IGU’s.  All historical detail to be matched/reinstated. Existing cases to be refurbished in situ.

Full restoration of the original case, manufacture and install like-for-like sashes with Heritage ‘Slimlite’ double glazing.
