The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent
1. Demolition and re-building of two walls (inside the former market hall offices) relating to part of previous permission 2024/70/92472/W for the refurbishment and extension of existing library and art gallery building to form museum (use class F.1) at 4, Princess Alexandra Walk, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90660.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use and internal alterations of first, second and third floors to form 5 apartments at Prudential House, 69, New Street, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/90578 & 2025/90579.
The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building
3. Variation condition 2 (plans and specifications) on previous permission 2021/90942 for erection of agricultural workers dwelling at land adj, New House Farm, Round Hill Lane, Upper Heaton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90619.
4. Erection of two dwellings, formation of vehicular access and associated external works at adj, 6, Rowley Hill, Lepton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90456.
5. Erection of residential development for 62 dwellings including grouting remedial works for ground stabilisation to facilitate construction of dwellings with associated hard and soft landscaping (resubmission) at land at, Cliff Hill, Denby Dale, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/93458.

10. Demolition of stables and erection of outbuilding (garage and office) at 33, Wilshaw Road, Meltham, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/90476.
11. Change of use of from working mens club to mixed use event hall incorporating Class E spaces and associated works at Almondbury Working Mens Club, Southfield Road, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90480.
12. Removal of existing external ramp and erection of single storey extension, replacement of window with bi-fold doors and creation of external level access on lower ground floor, installation of replacement external ramp, and installation of double-glazed aluminium and uPVC windows, new heritage style aluminium downpipes and installation of solar pvs to roof at Slaithwaite Civic Hall, 15A, New Street, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90432.
