REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Richborough Estates, relating to the application to Cherwell District Council for the outline application for development of existing structures and erection of up to 99 dwellings, access, open space and associated works with all matters reserved except for access, at Land at South Lodge, Fringford Road, Caversfield, Bicester OX27 8TH.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the above date to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
