DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/24/00635 44 Pevensey Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Construction of new self-build dwelling, creation of vehicle parking and access facilities, refuse and cycle storage facilities and associated hard and soft landscaping works (Amended description). Proposed Amendment: Revised development description to reference self-build status, parking, access, refuse and cycle storage.
HS/FA/25/00094 19 Robertson Street, Hastings. Change of use of part of the basement and ground floors and change of use of the 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th floors from Class E (office/retail) use to form 3 x residential flats. Internal and external alterations, to include the addition of a new dormer along the rear elevation at roof level, proposed hip to gable extension at fourth floor level, rear extension at second floor level, creation of new cycle and refuse store at basement level, replacement windows along the rear elevation and the creation of new residential access along the rear elevation (Amended Description). Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
