What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25

2025/221 - Champions Place, Kent Hatch Road, Limpsfield, Oxted. Removal of existing windows in part and replace with new glazing. (Listed Building Consent).

2025/238 - 29 Coldstream Road, Caterham.
Demolition of existing conservatory. Erection of single storey rear extension.

2025/133 - Springfield, Godstone Hill, Godstone. Demolition of existing dwelling. Erection of two storey building with habitable roof space containing 10no. flats with associated access, parking, and landscaping.

2025/293 - Botley Hill Farm, Limpsfield Road, Warlingham. Conversion of the first floor of the pub to guest accommodation.
