PL/25/0315 & PL/25/0317: 35 Coley Hill, Reading RG1 6AE: Proposed change of use from a Class C4 HMO to a ‘Sui Generis’ HMO accommodating up to 8 residents.
PL/25/0410: 13-15 Station Road, Reading RG1 1LG: Part conversion of the building to create 7 apartments.
PL/25/0433: 24 Regent Court, Reading RG1 7HW: Installation of a wall mounted billboard to the south facing gable end of the application site.
These applications can be viewed online http://planning.reading.gov.uk/fastweb_PL/welcome.asp Anyone wishing to make representations can submit comments online or write, quoting the relevant planning number, to Planning, Reading Borough Council, Civic Centre, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU.
