The following applications have been submitted to the Council:
2025/0674 AYLSHAM, Clyde Cottage, 14 Cromer Road – Full refurbishment including internal and external alterations, incorporating new openings to the rear.

2025/0627 ACLE, Redlands, Bridewell Lane – Erection of a Fence.
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2024/3344 BLICKLING, 64 Woodgate – Surface water attenuation swale.
Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0931 BLOFIELD, Woodlands Manor, Shack Lane – Variation of condition 2 – Changes in design of consented permission 2023/0361 – (which gave consent for the erection of Two Storey East Side and Rear Extension of Main House including Enlargement of Main House Gable Roof; West Side First Floor Gable Roof Extension including front Balcony; and Replacement of Single Storey Link by Two Storey Gable Roof Atrium).

2025/0785 HELLESDON, Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Drayton High Road – Addition of one floor to 32 no. hotel rooms, extended emergency external stair, ground floor extension and solar panels to roof.
Reason(s): Major development, Affects a Conservation Area.
2023/0937 POSTWICK (WITH WITTON), Broadland Service Station, Broadland Gate, Postwick, Witton – Variation of condition 2 and 4 – (2) Revised drawings (4) Surfacing plan of original planning permission 2023/1258 – Demolition of the existing sales and forecourt unit. Erection of a new sales building, forecourt, including underground tanks, pumps and canopy with provision of car parking and EVC bays with water infrastructure and associated works.
Date of decision: 29th January 2024.
Reason(s): Affects public right of way.
