Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/25/00112/LBC - Repair building exterior & boundary walls for restoration purposes at West Lawn, 47 Newbold Road, S41 7PG. Reason: Listed Building Consent.
CHE/25/00135/VCON - Variation of condition 1 of CHE/22/00068/FUL (Temporary car park)- to extend for a further three years at Former Chesterfield Hotel, Malkin Street, S41 7UA. Reason: Setting of a listed building
