Notice under Article 13 of application for planning permission
Proposed development at: Land adjoining the Stour Valley Way, Knighton Lane, Bearwood, Poole, Dorset.
Take notice that the application is being made by: Estates Resource Management Ltd for planning permission for the: ‘Variation of Condition 2 of planning application ref. APP/22/00313/F to allow for minor alterations to the parking layout and associated landscaping’.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6DY. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this Notice.
