WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00304: Kettlethorpe: Mr S Sacks: The Hall, Kettlethorpe Lane: consent for works to windows, brickworks, replacement conservatory, internal works, and install PV array & ASHP. (app WL/2025/00303 also rec’d) (affects right of way)
b) WL/2025/00309: Dunholme: D Johnson: The Cottage Next to the Dairy, Holmes Lane: two storey rear extension.
c) WL/2025/00313: Saxilby: Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council: Lincs Co-op, Unit 1, 107 High St: erect brick plinth to display tiled Mosaic.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
