I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following applications are being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
34 St Georges Crescent Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 25/00274/FULH
Mr & Mrs Mark & Ruth Simpson is applying for planning permission for Construct a ground floor rear extension with internal alternations. Alteration to first floor side dormer. Proposed loft conversion with proposed roof light and adapted rear dormer. Existing garage roof to be altered and timber gate to replace existing. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Garden Area At Bath Terrace Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 25/00410/FULH
Susan Martin is applying for planning permission for Demolition of existing structures and construction of new garden room.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Union Quay Dental is applying for Listed Building Consent for Internal works to provide additional office/ clinical & surgery space.
The property is a listed building.
