Proposed Development at: Land at Bidston Dock, Wallasey Bridge Road, Wirral, Bidston, CH41 1EB
We give notice that: David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is applying to Wirral Council for the following:
"Erection of health, fitness and racquets club, including three outdoor tennis courts within an enclosed air dome structure, six outdoor padel courts enclosed within a canopy, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor multi use court, outdoor battle box exercise facility, two indoor courts within a sports hall, gym and studio facilities, internal spa facilities and external spa garden, child activity area, lounge facilities including a business hub and terrace, together with ancillary facilities, car parking, servicing, landscaping and associated works.
" Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Regeneration and Environment, Wallasey Town Hall, South Annexe, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral of the land (other than oil, gas, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land. Statement of owners' rights The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retains or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
