The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

24/40069/FUL - Monkey Forest Trentham Gardens Stone Road - Free-standing / ground mounted 'Sun Sails' (Canopies) at Trentham Monkey Forest alongside 'Main Building' on Plaza area.

23/38419/FUL - Ingestre Golf Club Ingestre Park Road Ingestre - Proposed ground floor extension to the clubhouse providing a new club room. A Proposed building for a new club fit facility. Proposed two on-course toilet blocks. Associated external works to provide electric car charging and accessible parking.

Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings.

25/40395/DCLB - German Cemetery Camp Road Broadhurst Green - Discharge of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on 24/39057/LBC.

24/39885/FUL - Shugborough Hall Lichfield Road Shugborough - Wetland restoration project comprising re-engineering of riverbank and earthworks to create and improve natural habitats.

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 23 April 2025. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 23 April 2025.
