What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P25/S0850/HH External insulation and off-white render to all elevations of the main house, including the approved extension (P24/S3782/HH), replacement of the fence with a wall in a rendered finish to match the height of the existing fence and proposed rendered finish of the main house, replacement of the garage with a timber garden office with pitched roof and replacement of the a wooden shed and the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump.
