What is planned?

I give notice that the Council has received the following planning applications, which are for a major development as defined in the Planning Acts: Application Number: 25/00166/LMAJ Proposal: Proposed change of use of land and buildings from agriculture to forestry use Location: Centre Farm Cockerham Road Forton Lancaster Lancashire LA2 0HD Applicant: Mr P Hewitt. The following application is for planning permission within the Conservation Area of Poulton Le Fylde: Application Number: 25/00149/FUL Proposal: Proposed two-storey side extension, single-storey side extension with pitched roof, two-storey and single-storey rear extensions with a basement beneath following demolition of non-original extensions. Front and rear dormers, timber panelling to front elevation, and cast-iron railings to roof of front bay windows. Reconstruction of the front boundary wall, and new vehicular access and driveway. Outdoor swimming pool in the rear garden. Location: 21 Lockwood Avenue Poulton Le Fylde Lancashire FY6 7AB Applicant: Mrs Rossie Feeley. The following applications are for Listed Building Consent: Application Number: 24/01087/LBC Proposal: Listed building consent for new external signage and lighting scheme Location: The Wheatsheaf Park Hill Road Garstang Preston Lancashire PR3 1EL Applicant: Mr Stuart Wenman Application Number: 24/01086/LBC Proposal: Listed Building Consent for internal and external refurbishment. External works to include render repairs, minor decorations, new festoon lighting and new external cold store. Internal works to include minor damp repairs, upgrading existing flooring and recovering fixed seating. Full refurbishment of ladies and gents toilets including new vanity unit, lighting, and floor finishes. Location: The Wheatsheaf Park Hill Road Garstang Preston Lancashire PR3 1EL. Applicant: Mr Stuart Wenman. Representations on the above applications should be made by 23rd April 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
