MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

10/25/0250: Darwen Town & Market Hall, Croft Street, Darwen.

Full Planning Application (Regulation 3) for Refurbishment of the existing market hall to provide retail, food and beverage hall (Sui Generis) alongside provision of a new arcade and multi-storey car park with solar panels following demolition of the existing car park and annexe structures, demolition of kiosk on Croft Street, ancillary works include landscape improvements to Market Square, new ramp access and plant area and the refurbishment and extension of the arched space below Railway Road to create a new commercial unit.

Full Planning Application (Regulation 3) & Listed Building Consent (Regulation 3) for Works to include internal renovations and enhancements to King George’s Hall, including building layout enhancements to bar areas, internal circulation and public areas, together with provision of additional and enhanced worship facilities. Replacement and enhancement of external air extraction system.

10/25/0305: Wickentlow Farm, Plantation Road, Edgworth, Bolton.

Listed Building Application for Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of new aluminium sunroom. Replacement of existing windows to timber with clear finish. Amendment to rear door to install double doors (amendment to application 10/24/0593 to amend roof design).
