What is planned?

Liverpool City Council Public Notice

Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990 

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

25F/0550 - Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Prescot Street (7) Applicant Iain Carroll. To erect two storey cancer support centre (Use Class Sui Generis) with associated works, including outbuilding, boundary treatment, hard and soft landscaping. 

25F/0661 & 25L/0735 - 55 Everton Road (6) Applicant Aeron Logan. To install no.6 new parking spaces and new bike and bin stores in connection with the use of the premises as an 11 bed HMO. AND To undertake internal alterations including erection of stud wall.

25A/0712 - 12 Bold Street (1) Applicant Pret-A-Manger. To display no. 1 externally illuminated projecting sign and no. 1 internally illuminated fascia sign

25L/0699- Royal Bank Of Scotland, Royal Bank Of Scotland Plc, 1 Dale Street (2) Applicant Woods (Bruntwood MTL Limited). Planning application to vary condition 2 attached to planning ref 23L/2945 (To carry out alterations for works associated with the refurbishment of Exchange Court at basement, ground and first floor to accommodate flexible wellbeing space, secure cycle storage and back of house spaces at basement level; restaurant use (Class E), and three office spaces at ground floor; and, six office suites at first floor, with rooftop plant and other associated) so as to make amendments to the floor plans. 

25L/0687- Bankhall Warehouse (20) Applicant Carl Flanagan. To replace roof covering including timbers. To replace windows, gutters and downpipes. To make good existing stone roof edging and repointing all brickwork. 

25F/0671- Former Sony Building, Napier Court Stephenson Way (13) Applicant The Secretary of State for Education Installation of a new two-storey modular building to be used as classroom facilities for a temporary period of 4 years with associated works to include boundary treatment, pedestrian and vehicle access, bin and cycle store, hardstanding and parking.

25L/0664 - 1-8 Edward Pavilion, Salthouse Quay (3) Applicant Victoria Hyde. To install new condenser unit within existing roof plant area to serve A/C unit within the 3rd floor.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 17th April 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
