In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 21(1)(b) of the above Regulations, The Highland Council hereby gives notice that planning permission for Proposed Engineering works to form a new berthing quay on the east side of the Inner Dock at the Port of Nigg at Land 430M NW Of Nigg Welding School, Nigg Tain by Global Energy Nigg Ltd as described above, has been granted by the Council.
A copy of the planning permission is available through the Council’s web based eplanning portal online at http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/ (search using the application number 24/02674/FUL) or during normal office hours at the Infrastructure and Environment Service of The Highland Council, Headquarters, Glenurqhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX.
