The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/0432 (Major Development, Affects a conservation area, Affects a public right of way) Erection of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), together with associated cable route and infrastructure, site levelling works, site access, landscaping, and ancillary works at Land at Derby Road, Egginton, Derby, DE65 6HL.
Reason For Reconsult: The site access has been amended and a suite of updated documents, dated as received 19/03/2025 has been uploaded to the public file.
Ref: DMPA/2025/0131 (Major Development) The variation of condition 18 (provision of new access) of permission ref. DMPA/2022/1625 for the redevelopment ofvacant site to provide three storey development comprising 28 supported living apartments with a mixture of 1 bed 2 person and 2 bed 3 person apartments, including communal spaces, communal gardens and associated parking at The Dales, Askew Grove, Repton, Derby, DE65 6GS
Ref: DMPA/2025/0204 (Major Development) Full application for the erection of residential dwellings (UseClass C3), a new vehicular access off Swadlincote Lane and pedestrian access off Swadlincote Lane and Bath Lane along with associated public open space and infrastructure Land at Swadlincote Lane, Castle Gresley, Swadlincote, DE11 9TD
Ref: DMPA/2025/0254 (Affects a Conservation Area, Affects a listed building) Listed Building Consent for Internal and external alterations including changes to fenestration and stonework to facilitate the enclosure of a gothic arcade and creation of a flexible use space, kitchen, toilets and study area and associated external landscaping at Pears School, Repton School, Willington Road, Repton, Derby, DE65 6FH
Ref: DMPA/2025/0281 (Affects a Conservation Area, Affects a listed building) Internal and external alterations including changes to fenestration and stonework to facilitate the enclosure of a gothic arcade and creation of aflexible use space, kitchen, toilets and study area and associated external landscaping at Pears School, Repton School, Willington Road, Repton, Derby, DE65 6FH
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy.
