Application No. 50/25/00019: Gregory House, Pilcorn Street, Wedmore, BS28 4AN. 

External works to front & rear. Removal of render to front elevation & re-pointing. Replacement of rain water goods & windows. 

Re-building of rear lean-to, re-roofing of utility. Fenestration & minor internal works. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. (Householder application). 

Application No. 50/25/00020: Gregory House, Pilcorn Street, Wedmore, BS28 4AN. 

External works to front & rear. Removal of render to front elevation & re-pointing. Replacement of rain water goods & windows. 

Re-building of rear lean-to, re-roofing of utility. Minor internal works. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. 

Application No. 50/25/00022: The Cedars, Poolbridge Road, Blackford, Wedmore, BS28 4PA.

Replacement of 6no. badly decayed single glazed timber windows with new slimlite timber windows with matching joinery details to existing. 

This application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 17/04/2025.
