NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land to the east of Crabtree Lane and to the south of the towpath of the Ashton Canal, Openshaw, Manchester

Take notice that application is being made by: Keepmoat Homes Limited

For planning permission to: Full Planning Application for the development of 194 dwellings (Class C3) with vehicular access from Crabtree Lane and associated parking, landscaping and open space.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Manchester City Council Planning, PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
