Proposal: Change the use of land to a garden area to serve the property and erection of 1.8 & 2.4 metre high boundary fence (Retrospective)

Development Affecting Right of Way

Location: Land off Leigh Lane, Bury, BL8 1RJ

Proposal: Erection of 1 no. dwelling with new public footpath

Applicant: RIBA

Application Number: 71599
