These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
or the setting of a Listed Building.

P25/0162 – The Owner/Occupier for Replacement windows and entrance
door to front elevations and installation of entrance canopies. Alterations to
shared front driveway garden areas to accommodate an additional parking
space and new front wall at 19 & 21, Church Road, Oldswinford, DY8 2HQ

P25/0163 – The Owner/Occupier for Listed Building Consent for replacement
windows and entrance door to front elevations and installation of entrance
canopies. Alterations to shared front driveway garden areas to accommodate
an additional parking space and new front wall at 19 & 21, Church Road,

P25/0222 – The Owner/Occupier for Listed Building Consent for two storey
and single storey rear extensions and subdivision of the conference room to
create 10 additional bedrooms, laundry room and boiler room, internal
alterations to entrance lobby. reception, bar and wc areas at The Talbot Hotel,
High Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1DW

P25/0223 – The Owner/Occupier for Two storey and single storey rear
extensions and subdivision of the conference room to create 10 additional
bedrooms, laundry room and boiler room, internal alterations to entrance

write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of
the date of publication of this notice.
