NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment to provide commercial warehouse development with associated access, servicing, parking and landscaping (variation of conditions 2, 22 and 24 of planning permission DA/21/01349/FUL for change of Unit 6 to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) treatment / general industrial (sui generis / Class B2)atLand At Dartford International Ferry Terminal Clipper Boulevard Dartford (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00340/VCON)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Application under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) as to whether prior approval is required for change of use of offices on first floor and part of ground floor from commercial, business and service (Use Class E) to create dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) to provide 4 residential dwellings

at 46 Spital Street Dartford Kent (Application Ref. DA/25/00319/PMA)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Areaand in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.
