What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

22/0854/FH - Spout House The Street, Lympne, Hythe, CT21 4LQ - Proposed replacement dwelling.

25/0189/FH - ABBEYWATER, STONE HILL, SELLINDGE - Proposal of four new dwellings to include demolition of other buildings on site alongside other associated works.

25/0266/FH - The Samuel Peto, 23 Rendezvous Street, Folkestone, CT20 1EY - Advertisement consent for the installation of individual letter signage to front elevation.

25/0359/FH - 44 EARLSFIELD ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 5PF - Single storey rear extension.

25/0469/FH - HILLSIDE, BREWERS HILL, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3DH - Two storey extension of garage to form double garage and rooms above, together with proposed extension of balcony.

25/0476/FH - STOP 24 SERVICES AND PORT EARLY ARRIVALS, STANFORD INTERSECTION, STANFORD, CT21 4BL - Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 5 (surface water drainage), 6 (surface water drainage verification) and 10 (parking provision), and removal of condition 12 (demolition methodology) of planning permission 24/0543/FH to allow changes to the proposed layout and timings for provision of the EV charging points.

25/0519/FH - Hythe Lawn Tennis Club, Twiss Road, Hythe, CT21 6AX - Front extension, infilling beneath the existing roof with a small front gable canopy,  a new entrance gate, a storage unit with PV panels, a new hedging planted, a temporary green fabric screen, new cycle racks with ebike charging points, two vehicle charging points and the provision of two disabled parking spaces.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
