Publication: 27 March 2025 - The following applications have been received by the Council:

Applicant: Lioncourt Strategic Land Limited - Ref: PAP/2025/0093

Spring Cottage Farm, Watling Street, Grendon - Outline planning application (including primary means of access from the A5 Watling Street, with all other matters reserved) for up to 200 new homes including associated landscaping, open space and ancillary infrastructure (with all existing buildings to be demolished).

Reason: Major Development, Effects Public Right(s) of Way and Contrary to Development Plan.

Applicant: Aerovest Holdings Limited - Ref: PAP/2025/0074

Wilnecote Landfill Site At Rush Lane, Whateley
- Erection of agricultural buildings, formation of access, service road and hardstandings, erection of means of enclosure, erection of ancillary buildings and associated engineering operations.

Reason: Major Development.

The above applications may be viewed at The Council House, South Street, Atherstone. Opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday or via the Planning Application Search page of the Council’s website.
