NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
SCULTHORPE LA/25/0546 Retention of boiler flue in north elevation of outbuilding. Works associated with installation of screen fencing. The Grove, Creake Road, Sculthorpe, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 9NF for Mr. and Mrs. Charlesworth; Reasons: e)
WALSINGHAM PF/25/0576 Erection of detached outbuilding (garden room) in grounds of dwelling; 4 Westgate, Walsingham, Norfolk, NR22 6DZ for P Chapman; Reasons: c)
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA LA/25/0446 Works associated with replacement of five existing sash windows with new timber double glazed units, replacement of bathroom window with new timber double glazed sash window (existing frames to remain) and replacement of timber door with new timber door with two double glazed panes (existing door furniture to remain with the addition of a matching black doorlock; 69 Freeman Street, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1BG for Mr Stephen Burchill; Reasons: e)
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA PF/25/0518 Replacement of windows except to the rear and side abutting 24 Dogger Lane; West End House, 26 Dogger Lane, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1BE for Mr & Mrs Alan & Peggy Dixon; Reasons: e)
The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) in the Public Interest (l) Within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If you wish to comment on a listed building development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
