2025/0974/S73 Land at Micklewell Park Ashby Road Daventry. Variation of condition 1(4) (Housing Mix & Accommodation Schedule) & 8 (Affordable Housing Tenure Plan) updating the affordable housing mix to reflect the Deed of Variation to the S106 agreed as part of the outline planning permission which seeks amendments to the obligations relating to affordable housing delivery & also seeks to increase the number of Social Rented units to meet identified local housing needs of permission reference DA/2014/0869 (Outline application for development of up to 450 dwellings, provision of 1.9ha site for 2 form entry primary school (Class D1), Community hub (Classes D1, D2, & A1), public open space, allotments & associated infrastructure.) 2025/1034/MAF North-eastern side of the A428 – Crick bypass. Part retrospective application for hardcore farm track & hard surfacing to allow agricultural activities Major Application.
