Copies of the application form and plans for the following may be inspected via the Council’s website. 

Any representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, and sent to the undersigned by 17/04/25.


Regulation 5
Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas) Act 1990

For Listed Building Consent sought for alterations to the roof to include: the re-roof of the existing front and rear elevations of the main roof, including the re-setting of all coping and ridge stones, renewal of lead work around coping stones and chimney stacks and the repointing of the chimney stacks.

Planning (Listed Building And Conservation Area) Act 1990 Development Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building

In the opinion of the local Planning Authority the following would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

For planning permission for: Application for alterations to the roof to include: the re-roof of the existing front and rear elevations of the main roof, including the re-setting of all coping and ridge stones, renewal of lead work around coping stones and chimney stacks and the repointing of the chimney stacks.

To amend the wording of conditions 3 and 4 to vary timescales (Condition 3 Submission of stabilisation information within nine months and Condition 4 Implementation and completion of stabilisation works within twelve months).

Proposal To Carry Out Work In The Devisdale Conservation Area
