FOR: Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for proposed
demolition of existing extensions and erection of part single, part two storey extension and alterations.
Application number: 3/2025/0078 and 3/2025/0079
AT: Mulberry Grange Cross Hill Lane Rimington BB7 4EE
FOR: Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for proposed
alterations to the existing buildings including minor alterations to the
swimming pool ancillary accommodation.
Application number: 3/2025/0115 and 3/2025/0116
AT: Mulberry Grange Cross Hill Lane Rimington BB7 4EE
FOR: Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for proposed
alterations to the existing buildings and site layout including erection of a porch and changes to the frontage.
Application number: 3/2025/0117 and 3/2025/0118

The following application/s affect a Public Right of Way and constitute major development :-
AT: Land to the west of A671 Pimlico Link Road
FOR: Proposed creation of an alternative temporary park and ride and heavy goods vehicle marshalling area facility associated with the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme (HARP).

Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the
