New access road for Chelveston Renewable Energy Park and Energy Innovation Park, including new
roundabout and re-alignment of Higham Road and Caldecott Road, security building with short-term
parking, along with other associated works and landscaping. Cross-Boundary application with East
Northants Council, with part of the access in Bedford Borough Council area.
