Proposed development at: Norish Food Care, Ash Road South, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, LL13 9UG. Take notice that an application is being made by Thermotraffic Limited for planning permission to vary Condition 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 of planning permission ref: P/2024/0247, for the extension of cold storage building, alterations to parking and landscaping.
The application is being submitted to Wrexham County Borough Council, Planning Service, 16 Lord Street, Wrexham, LL11 1LG. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice."
