Proposal: Removal of existing external render and reinstatement of existing brick. Erection of single storey extension to east elevation, and canopy over existing western courtyard, replacement of external windows, internal floor layout, window and door and materials alterations. which is a listed building, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
