Sellafield Ltd is applying for Planning Permission at Sellafield Site, Seascale, CA20 1PG for Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to remove conditions 1,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 of outline planning permission 4/91/0949/0: Storage buildings for intermediate level waste, to allow permanent retention of the buildings and remove conditions which duplicate the effect of other controls. The removal of these conditions also impacts condition 1 of Reserved Maters approvals under 4/05/2687 (Encapsulated Product Store 3), 4/98/0219 (Engineered Drum Store 2), 4/93/0519 (extension of existing Graphite Store), and 4/98/0695 (Erect second phase of a single storey extension to the Graphite Store) (Ref. 4/25/9009).
