Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 54/24/00018: 10 Forte Street, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, TA7 0BE. Retrospective application for the installation of two rooflights to the (SE) elevation & for the installation of one rooflight to the (NW) elevation. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 45/24/00001: Gothelney Hall, Charlinch Lane, Charlinch, Bridgwater, TA5 2PQ. Conversion of traditional barns to into a 4 bedroom dwelling. This application may affect the setting of a listed building.

Application No. 45/24/00002: Gothelney Hall, Charlinch Lane, Charlinch, Bridgwater, TA5 2PQ. Conversion of traditional barns to into a 4 bedroom dwelling. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 37/23/00011: Land At, Junction 24, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA6. Approval of the details of landscaping for the creation of a new Motorway Service Area & ancillary uses including all supporting infrastructure. This proposal is a major development & is of public interest.

Application No. 08/25/00031: 2A, Elizabeth Way, Bridgwater, TA6 5AD. Roof extension to create a third floor to contain one, one bedroom flat. This site lies within a Conservation Area.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments online by 15/04/2025.

Notice is hereby given that the following application has been received & are accompanied by an Environmental Statement. We have received further information in relation to this:

Application No. 50/23/00008: Land East of, Bower Lane, East Bower, Bridgwater, TA6. Applicant Name: Edward Ware (Bridgwater) Limited. Registered date: 24/02/2023. Hybrid planning application (Outline & Full). Outline application with some matters reserved for the demolition of existing buildings, with access to up to 750 dwellings, primary school, community facilities, access & access points (vehicular, pedestrian & cycle), public open space, play areas, visual buffers, green infrastructure & other associated works. Full planning application for the formation of bunds, signal control, drainage, associated landscaping & other engineering works. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way.
