3. Conversion and adaptation of farm buildings to form one dwelling at 1, Tenter House Court, Denby Dale, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90516.

4. Removal of existing fenced compound and erection of timber fence along partial eastern boundary and installation of four no. windows and associated works at 140, Leeds Road, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90349.

5. Installation of access ramp at the principal entrance at Holy Trinity Church, Dean Bridge Lane, Hepworth, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/90384.

6. Variation of condition 2. (plans) on previous permission no. 2023/91871 for Change of use from retail (Ea use) to form 6 residential apartments (C3 use) on the ground and basement floors with external alterations at 44-48, Westgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90510.

7. Installation of roof lights, creation of dropped kerb and gated access and removal of external store at 202, Blacker Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90398.
