24/P/01300 Post Cottage, Lower Eashing, Godalming - Erection of dormer and installation of rooflights. Conversion of barn into ancillary annexe for family and carer needs (amended plans received 03/03/25).

25/P/00095 69 Addison Road, Guildford - Replacement of three ground floor sash units in the front bay window, and two front windows on the first floor.

25/P/00294 Moors Cottage, The Street, Compton - Listed Building Consent for the repairs to existing rear external wall to include localised underpinning together with repair/rebuilding of the existing northern chimney stack and rebuilding of an existing outbuilding.

25/P/00295 and 25/P/00296 Hampton, Elstead Road, Seale - Full application and Listed Building Consent for alterations to the existing dwelling including creation of new opening between existing kitchen and office, removal of partitions between northern offices and covered walkway, insertion of new partitions to form lobby and WC, insertion of new slim double glazed units in western courtyard elevation within existing openings, thermal upgrades to walls, floors and roofs with underfloor heating and alterations to existing utility and boiler room with the removal of an existing partition and erection of new partition.
