c) Change of use of land to domestic garden and erection of wall/fence to front and side (retrospective) at Land South of 6 Pinfold Court Preston HU 12 8SH (Ref: 24/0278 I /PLF) 

d) Display 2no replacement externally illuminated fascia signs, I no replacement externally illuminated projection signs and 2no replacement digitally printed glazing graphics at 55 Market Place South Cave HUI5 2AS (Ref: 25/00469/PAD) 

e) Erection of a single storey extension to side and roof over existing utility at 11 Damson Garth LundYO25 9TH (Ref: 25/00380/PLF) 

f) Change of use from agricultural barn to dwelling and demolition of adjacent barn at Land and Building East of Manor House Farm 1 Lockington Road LundYO25 9TG (Ref: 25/00554/PLF) 

g) Change of use of agricultural land to part mixed use comprising private equestrian use and agricultural use and part private equestrian use including construction of an aggregate path and siting of two storage containers for use in connection with the keeping of horses (Retrospective application) (AMENDED DESCRIPTION) at Land North of Top Street KilnwickY025 9JR (Ref: 24/03516/PLF) 

h) Installation of a non-illuminated menu box (retrospective), one internally illuminated fascia sign and one internally illuminated projecting sign to front at 10-14 Butcher Row Beverley HU 17 OAB (Ref: 25/00599/PLB)

i) Display of a non-illuminated menu box (retrospective), one internally illuminated fascia sign and one internally illuminated projecting sign at 10-14 Butcher Row Beverley HU 17 OAB (Ref: 25/00645/PAD) 

j) Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to form new utility room at ground floor comprising removal of existing partition and formation of new enclosing wall, breaking out of bricked up doorway to form new opening for box sash window, new external wall penetrations for extract fan, dryer vent and connection of sink waste to soil vent pipe at 53 North Bar Without Beverley HU 17 7AG (Ref: 25/00402/PLB) 

Proposals (a,b,c,d,f,h,i,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,h,i,j) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (e) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (a,b,d,f,g,h,i,j) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
