Stinsford P/HOU/2025/01063 - Gardeners Cottage Bockhampton Lane Extend the roof of the existing south facing gable end of the garage block to create carport, with EV charging point and rooflights.

The following applications affect a Public Right of Way: Trent P/FUL/2025/00412 - Land West of Trent Manor Farms Trent Change of use from agricultural land to a dog walking area.

In the event of a planning appeal any comments will be copied to the Planning Inspectorate. There may not be a chance to make further comments at the appeal stage so you should make any comments by the expiry date.
