APPLICATION(S) FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
2025/0131/FUL Variation of condition 1 of planning permission 2024/0754/FUL in relation to approved plans and removal of condition 2,4 and 5 of planning permission 2024/0754/FUL in relation to Landscaping, Cycle and Motorcycle plans and lighting at Rear Of 97, Blackgate Lane, Tarleton.

2025/0163/LBC Listed Building Consent - Repairs and maintenance to Ormskirk Clock Tower Building at Ormskirk Clock Tower, Moor Street, Ormskirk. The application affects a Listed Building.

2025/0170/FUL New gate pillars set back with sliding gate and new hedging at 57 Town Green Lane, Aughton. The application affects a Conservation Area.

2025/0210/FUL Proposed first floor side extension and building frontage remodelling / material alterations at 31A Tower Hill, Ormskirk. The application affects a Listed Building.

2025/0227/FUL Partial ground floor reconfiguration, single storey rear extension, front enclosed porch, general landscaping works and the erection of a new ancillary outbuilding at 86 New Street, Halsall. The application affects a Conservation Area.
