REGULATION 25 – FURTHER INFORMATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Holcim UK Limited (formerly Aggregate Industries UK Limited) have submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement submitted under planning application 2024/EIA/0101/LCC dated 29 August 2024 for the ‘proposed lateral extension to the mineral extraction area within Croft Quarry, retention of access and ancillary development, expansion of recycling activities and reclamation via the importation of restoration material’, at Croft Quarry, Coventry Road, Croft, LE9 3GP. The further information, application, environmental statement, and other submitted documents may be inspected at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RA, at all reasonable hours (0900 to 1700 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), by prior arrangement. The latest date they will be available for inspection will be 32 days from the date of this press notice.
This information can also be inspected on the Leicestershire County Council website: https://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk, which will be available for at least 32 days from the date of this press notice. A hard copy of the further information may be obtained from Kirsten Cunningham, Estates Manager, Holcim UK Limited, Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1TL, so long as stocks last, with a charge of £50.
Comments, quoting reference 2024/EIA/0101/LCC should be received within 32 days from the date of this press notice, either via the County Council’s website, by email to planningcontrol@leics.gov.uk, or in writing to Leicestershire County Council (Planning, Historic & Natural Environment) Chief Executive’s Department, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
