Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Legal & General (Strategaeth Land) Ltd wedi cyflwyno gwybodaeth ychwanegol i Weinidogion Cymru unol â Rheoliad 24 o Reoliadau AEA mewn perthynas ag apêl cynllunio a gyflwynwyd i Weinidogion Cymru ar 23 Mawrth 2023. Mae’r wybodaeth ychwanegol ar gael mewn perthynas â’r Datganiad Amgylcheddol a gyflwynwyd ag apêl cynllunio.

Y datblygiad arfaethedig yw:-

I’r parc ceir, tirwedd, seilwaith draenio, mesurau lliniaru ecolegol a gwaith addasol (cedwir yr holl faterion yn ôl heblaw am fynediad) o fewn Ardal A a chais llawn ar gyfer newid defnydd o dir amaethyddol i barc gwledig (Dosbarth Defnydd D2) o fewn Ardal B.

The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) (‘the 1990 Act’)

The Town and Country Planning (Pre-application) and the Appeals Procedure (Wales) Regulations 2017 (as amended) (‘the appeal Regulation’)

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (As Amended) (‘the EIA Regulations’)

Notice is hereby given that Legal & General (Strategic Land) Ltd has submitted further information to the Welsh Ministers pursuant to Regulation 24 of the EIA Regulations in relation to a planning appeal submitted to the Welsh Ministers on 23 March 2023. The further information is available in relation to the Environmental Statement which was submitted with the planning appeal.

The proposed development is:

Hybrid application comprising an outline application for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of 44.75ha Class B1/B2/B8 Business Park, car parking, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, ecological mitigation and ancillary works (all matters reserved aside from access) within Area A and a full application for change of use from agricultural land to country park (Use Class D2) within Area B.

The site is located at: Land at Model Farm, Port Road, Rhoose, CF62 3BT

The site is located within the administrative boundary of Vale of Glamorgan Council
