NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
The following applications have been received by the Council:
P25/0125 – The Owner/Occupier for Erection of 5 Industrial Units (Class E(G)
i, ii and iii) with Associated Access, Landscaping & Parking at Vacant Land at
Hall Street, Dudley, DY2 7DQ
P25/0146 – The Owner/Occupier for Construction of a care home facility (C2
Use Class) and associated access, landscaping and ancillary works.
(following demolition of existing office building) at Hampshire House, 434,
High Street, Kingswinford, DY6 8AW
Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications should
write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of
the date of publication of this notice.
Please note that any comments made will be published in full on the Internet.
When responding electronically, please send your comments as attachments
if you do not wish your e-mail address or telephone number to be published.
However, please include your name and address, the application number and
site address in any correspondence/attachment sent to the Council.
