What is planned?
(U753N Greenbrae Place, Dumfries) (Waiting Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council propose to make this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose waiting restrictions on specified lengths of U753n Greenbrae Place, Dumfries. Full details of the draft Order may be inspected between 21/03/25 and 11/04/25 online at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk or by arrangement (Tel – 01387 271100).
Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Assistant Director Transport and Infrastructure, Economy and Infrastructure, Dumfries and Galloway Council, Militia House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HR, to be received by 11/04/25.
(U222N Waterside) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Order) Order 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U222n Waterside Road at its junction with A711, Cargenbridge from 0930 to 2100 on 01/04/25.
The closure is necessary to facilitate defective ironwork repairs.
Alternative route available via A711, Cargenbridge Avenue, Waterside Road and vice versa.
Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
(U634N Bank Street) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Order) Order 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily suspend parking on U634n from the junction at Whitesands to outside No.13 Bank Street, Dumfries from 0800 on 01/04/25 to 2359 on 09/04/25. The suspension is necessary to facilitate Scottish Water sewer works. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
